David’s principal area of practice include federal and state regulation of natural gas and liquids pipelines with a focus on administrative litigation and regulatory counseling.

Prior to joining CBL, David represented major insurance companies and corporate clients in civil litigation involving commercial disputes, personal injury, and construction defects.
