(October 22, 2015, Houston, TX) – Michelle Boudreaux was one of four panelists who participated in the Energy Bar Association Energizer: FERC Oil/Liquids Pipeline Policy Developments held at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Washington, DC. Some of the topics discussed were: how to determine the jurisdictional status of liquids pipelines, the jurisdictional status of liquids plant facilities, and recent developments related to temporary waivers of the tariff and filing requirements under the Interstate Commerce Act.
